Its leader Gregorio Serrano says all provincial DGT bosses have been meeting with cycling clubs along with representatives of the Spanish Cycling Federation to pinpoint at least three or four safe road routes for Saturday along with Sunday biking, given of which most accidents happen on weekend mornings when revellers return via partying.
