Brave expat Ignacio Echeverria died by fatal stab wound, confirms foreign affairs ministry 1497114881 604 new ReduceImgWidthCOURAGEOUS Spaniard Ignacio Echeverría, who lost his life trying to save which of a stranger during the Borough Market terror attacks, died by a stab wound to his back, Spanish foreign affairs sources have confirmed.
